Start doing your life's best work.SM This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work weekends. Our office is located at 156 William St, New York, NY 10038. We offer 1 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM from Monday - Friday.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of Receptionist experience
  • 1+ years of one - on - one patient facing experience
  • 6+ months of experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Word (edit, create & save documents), Microsoft Excel (editing spreadsheets), and Microsoft Outlook (email, Teams)
  • Ability to work an on - site position and reside within a commutable distance to the office: 156 William St, New York, NY 10038
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift normal business hours of 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients.
  • Collect insurance information.
  • Making outbound calls to members to schedule follow up and Diagnostic appointments.
  • Update patient information in EHR system.
  • Coordinate and monitoring members within the clinic.
  • Take meeting notes for staff meetings and send out agenda.
  • Updating inventory of supplies within clinic as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized lobby area.
  • Support Supervisor with any needs.
