About The Position

Ceribell is a rapidly growing venture capital-backed medical technology startup that produces the world's first brain monitor for point-of-care seizure triage and treatment. The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) plays a crucial role in launching new hospitals and fostering organic growth within the existing install base of hospitals. This position requires a strong presence in the region, as remote applicants will not be considered. The CAM will be responsible for providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, utilizing clinical information as the foundation for growth. In this role, the CAM will drive new and organic growth by expanding the use of Ceribell's technology to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base. Collaborating with the local Territory Manager, the CAM will launch Ceribell at new customer sites and introduce new products and technologies to existing customers. Building advocacy and champions within facilities is essential, as is using hospital data to validate and generate interest in Ceribell's offerings. Regular activities will include formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, new physician training, and driving physician education. The CAM will also be responsible for upgrades and departmental expansion within the existing install base, necessitating strong project management skills to support new account launches. The CAM will educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of Ceribell's products. Becoming a clinical expert in the use cases of Ceribell and relevant patient populations is vital, as is troubleshooting workflow solutions for departments as needed. The CAM will partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure and lead clinical teams through training sessions to help them understand workflow and applications. Administrative responsibilities include submitting all required reports and training documentation on time, managing administrative tasks using Salesforce.com, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies. The CAM will work cross-functionally to ensure the successful deployment of Ceribell products at customer locations and must be able to work effectively within a field-based team, maintaining a strong partnership with the Territory Manager of the respective region.
