Clinical Account Director - MO Sales Location: This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. Candidate must reside in MO. The Clinical Account Director manages clinical accounts for large and complex clients, serving as a strategic advisor who connects program performance to cost and quality drivers while building trusted client relationships and delivering practical, measurable recommendations aligned to each client’s workforce needs. The role collaborates with clinical and financial analysis leaders to refine evaluation metrics, identify healthcare cost drivers, and support data-informed decision-making for client accounts. Ideal candidates should have deep clinical knowledge (nursing-based), strong analytical capability to synthesize claims and population data, and exceptional communication/presentation skills to explain complex insights in an engaging, relatable way while effectively collaborating across diverse internal and external teams.
