About The Position
The Clinical Abstraction Lead will oversee a seasonal team during the Medical Record Review (MRR) HEDIS® season and off-season projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that team members meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to client deadlines. The position involves managing production queues, work distribution, and team performance optimization, as well as providing training and support to team members.
