Liberty Resources is currently seeking a Licensed or Permit Therapist for our Integrated Health Care clinic in Fulton, NY. Position Summary:Using a number of evidence-based practices, the Therapist in Integrated Health Care provides individual, family, and group therapy; co-occurring substance abuse and mental health treatment; psychiatric evaluation; and assists with medication management services to adults, children, and families.
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred. Permit-Holding or Permit-Eligible candidates will also be considered.
- Masters in Social Work or related clinical degree and 1 year post-graduate experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provides individual, family, and group therapy
- Provides co-occurring substance abuse and mental health treatment
- Provides psychiatric evaluation
- Assists with medication management services to adults, children, and families.
