About The Position

The Clinic Support Specialist (CSS) at Metro EHS Pediatric Therapy plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, families, and clinical team. This position is responsible for front office operations, client communication, and administrative support to maintain efficient clinic flow.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a medical, therapy, or administrative setting preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Experience with children, &/or children with disabilities
• Quick study and eager to learn
• Demonstrate a self-initiative spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EMR systems and insurance processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and families, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
• Coordinate scheduling within the EMR system and communicate with clinical staff
• Support intake processes and collaborate with the intake team as needed
• Assist with insurance-related tasks, including verifying benefits and handling authorizations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in all systems
• Monitor clinic flow and communicate client arrivals to staff promptly
• Address and de-escalate client concerns professionally, escalating when appropriate
• Support general administrative duties to ensure clinic efficiency
