Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite required; EMR experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly; manage check-in, scheduling, and phone calls
- Collect co-pays and accurately enter data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Support clinicians during treatments — setting up equipment, assisting with exercises, and maintaining a clean, organized space
- Ensure smooth clinic flow by monitoring schedules and communicating effectively with staff and patients
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and clinic safety standards
