This job maintains proper staffing levels, sets performance goals for employees, and provides feedback on a regular basis. Communicates and administers clinic-wide and departmental operational and human resources, policies and procedures, and serves as a liaison between departmental and neighborhood clinic management regarding issues which cross over lines of responsibilities in order to create and maintain solid and positive work relationships and exceptional patient care. Coordinates and manages the daily operations of assigned clinics including staffing, medical equipment functionality and repair, completion of daily charge tickets and surgery charges, appointment scheduling, phone access and patient wait time.
