As a Clinic Services Specialist, you will be at the heart of our daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
  • Communications skills.
  • Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of one year of health care experience or equivalent education in at least one of the following areas: Admitting, Medical Records/Health Information, Applicable clerical support experience.
  • BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments with accuracy and care.
  • Verify insurance and handle patient registration.
  • Manage co-pay collections and balance daily/weekly deposits.
  • Support front-office operations.
  • Serve as a resource for colleagues.
  • Assist with limited coding and charge entry as needed.
  • Perform a wide variety of complex tasks, requiring prioritization and discretion.
  • Problem solve independently.
  • Mentor other staff.
  • Interface with physicians and other staff on a regular basis.
