About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Internal Medicine team in Appleton, Wisconsin. Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Internal Medicine or similar specialty.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
