About The Position

Under the general direction of the Supervisor/Manager of Clinic Operations with clinical oversight from the Director of Clinical Operations, RN: The Radiation Oncology nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of patients in the radiation oncology department. The ability to retrieve, communicate or otherwise present information in a written, auditory or visual fashion is essential. The radiation oncology nurse is responsible for patient education, physical assessment, nutrition counseling and assisting physicians with exams and procedures. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • 1 year oncology experience
