About The Position

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role involves facilitating care coordination through the nursing process, including assessment, identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. The Clinic RN collaborates with other healthcare team members, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality healthcare. Actions are expected to reflect the organization's core values. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
• Associate's Degree Nursing
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months professional nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan.
• Facilitate care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.
• Work in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
• Ensure actions reflect the organization's core values.
