About The Position

ProHealth Care invites you to begin your story with our Moreland Family Medicine Clinic, a part of our integrated ProHealth Medical Group. With 15 clinic and urgent care locations throughout Waukesha County, ProHealth Medical Group provides care in a wide range of specialties including family medicine, internal medicine, allergy, cardiology, dermatology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, and podiatry. We are currently seeking a part-time Clinic RN to join our team at Moreland Family Medicine. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Clinic RN works closely with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include telephone triage, direct patient care, medication and immunization administration, care coordination, protocol-based advice, and clinical emergency support. The RN also supports procedures such as administering controlled substances like testosterone injections and managing Epic documentation for protocols and refills.

Requirements

• Current WI RN license required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care clinic environment or 3-5 years clinical hospital, home care, or community health experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a clinical setting
• Comfortable working independently and responding to urgent patient needs
