About The Position

The Registered Nurse - Clinic/Wellness/Immunization is responsible for providing quality healthcare services in various settings, including remote and clinic locations. This role involves making clinical judgments to meet the health and wellness needs of specific populations, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. The nurse will work in community immunization clinics, wellness clinics, job safety sites, and travel health clinics, ensuring compliance with facility policies and protocols.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state of practice.
• One year of experience as a nurse in a clinic or immunization setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Completion of TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate as per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
