About The Position
Coordinates care for Pacific Medical Centers' Managed Care patient in order to assure cost effective, appropriate utilization of health care resource. Nurse Case Manager manages, directs, and coordinates the entire spectrum of care for patient throughout a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient. This position assists physicians (internal and external) with management and coordination of care. Works at varied clinic and provider locations as needed. Requirements
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years clinical experience.
- 2 years Behavioral Health setting experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Certified Case Manager
- Previous experience in utilization review/case management.
