About The Position

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a medical provider in the clinic setting. Under the direction and supervision of the provider, the clinic RN will carry out any duties delegated and requested by the provider which does not exceed the scope of their practice and licensure by the state.

Requirements

• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
• Possesses a current Illinois RN license and/or any other RN state license that employee is required to work

Responsibilities

• Handle higher level of care/patient assessment needs, such as triaging incoming phone calls, unscheduled visits, and abnormal test results
• Provide services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Mission of Blessing Physician Services and support the Core Values
• Participate in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services
• Adhere to ICARE standards and Code of Conduct
• Support Blessing Health System strategic plans and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process and Patient Safety Plan
