About The Position

This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered
care within St. Peter’s Health Medical Group. In this dynamic clinical setting,
the RN partners closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams to assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate safe, high-quality care for a diverse patient
population.

This role combines hands-on clinical expertise with strong critical thinking and
communication skills, supporting both direct patient care and care coordination.
The RN is responsible for patient education, triage, disease management, and
infusion therapy, while ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory
standards.
