We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse in our MercyOne Genesis Davenport Wound Care Clinic As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally competent patient care for clinic patients. Key accountabilities include: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice; adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement
Requirements
- Associates Degree in nursing
- Registered Nurse in Iowa or Illinois required upon Hire. Second State License required in 12 months
- Basic Life Support
- Less than one year experience Required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Pediatric, Obstetrical or Surgical Experience relevant to clinic setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally competent patient care for clinic patients.
- Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice
- Adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
