Requirements

Friendly, polished, and professional presence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using multiple systems (e.g., scheduling software, Word, Excel)
Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable mindset
Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience (required)
Minimum 2 years of computer experience (required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit
Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow
Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments
Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate
