The Kaplan Joint Center at Newton Wellesley Hospital at 2014 Washington Street, Newton, MA provides comprehensive surgical and non surgical care for patients with joint pain. Our expert orthopedic surgeons specialize in joint reconstruction and replacement, helping patients achieve improved mobility, reduced pain, and an improved quality of life. We care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including degenerative joint disease, joint malalignment, soft tissue injuries, and cartilage damage, and support patients and their families from diagnosis through recovery and long term follow up. We are seeking a full time Supervisor to join our team at the Kaplan Joint Center. The Supervisor provides day to day leadership and support to approximately 11 front desk and scheduling team members. We aim for a patient centered environment while ensuring consistent, efficient administrative operations. In partnership with the Practice Manager and Program Director, this role supports staffing operations by assisting with team scheduling, coverage coordination, onboarding support, and payroll submission, as well as supply ordering and inventory management to maintain smooth clinic operations. The Supervisor serves as an escalation point for operational and patient service issues, promotes accountability and service excellence across workflows, and supports ongoing training, coaching, and development of team members.
