The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. Located at 969 Main Street, Suite 205, Millis MA 02054, our Primary Care practice provides complete care to both individual patients and whole families, including: Infants Children Teens Adults Seniors We deliver a full range of preventive and health maintenance care. Our doctors also treat a range of acute and chronic health problems. In addition, we coordinate our patients’ care when they need treatment by specialists. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support the practice on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm. We are a small office with a close-knit team of Providers, Medical Assistants and Clinic/Practice Assistant staff who run our practice as a cohesive team! If you are looking to join a collaborative team who works closely together this is the position for you! Summary Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under close to general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
