As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, CNS Healthcare's mission is to serve the people of our communities. The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipuncture and specimen collection procedures in an outpatient mental health setting. The role supports integrated healthcare by ensuring timely and accurate lab work that aids in the monitoring and treatment of clients receiving psychiatric, substance use, and general medical services. The clinic phlebotomist will be a part of a team of staff who complete blood draws including nurses and outside lab staff. This person will fill in the gaps to improve lab completions and reduce lab orders without results to meet quality standards for lab completions. Please Note : This position is primarily community-based and will require travel to other locations and patients residence. Compensation Range: The starting pay for this position is $45,000 and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
