About The Position

The Supervisor, Clinic Operations provides leadership, direction, organization and administration of daily business processes and frontline clinic operations. This position works in collaboration with the Clinic Manager, Clinic Medical Director (CMD), and/or Supervisor, RN Operations. The Supervisor provides strategic leadership and support to help ensure the success of their designated site's financial performance, quality goals, patient experience, team engagement and workplace safety.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a health care setting
• Proven leadership skills in organizing, planning and directing an operation and its staff.
• Ability to effectively build relationships and communicate, both verbally and in writing, with patients and families, and other team members.
• Outstanding judgment and analytical skills, and ability to make immediate decisions when necessary.
• Ability to understand, implement and monitor care improvement, patient experience and quality processes.

Nice To Haves

• Four-year degree, BS/BA in a health or business-related field
