About The Position

Under the direction of Executive Director and Medical Director, the Clinical Operations Manager will assist with the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating delivery of patient care of assigned sites. Provides administrative direction in the development and evaluation of all nursing personnel. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all duties of site staff including the nursing staff, other clinical staff, and registration/eligibility personnel. Responsible for promoting teamwork with physicians and other clinic staff. Responsible for solving practical problems, dealing with variety of issues and interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form. Maintains operational aspects of assigned clinic sites in collaboration with administrative support personnel.
