The role requires effective communication and accurate documentation via the Epic EMR system, relaying messages to Physicians and the Patient Care team. Maintaining patient confidentiality is crucial, along with performing scanning, monitoring incoming faxes, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
