As a Float Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple clinics within our network, providing comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent adaptability, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Valid and current RN OR LPN licensure in the state of Iowa
RN or LPN- Iowa Board of Nursing

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
Familiarity with EPIC a plus!

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in various clinical settings, including primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, and outpatient services.
Perform patient assessments, screenings, and health evaluations based on clinic protocols and provider orders.
Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
Assist with minor procedures, wound care, and patient education.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Maintain accurate documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and compliance with regulatory standards.
Foster a positive patient experience by delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care.
