The Clinic Nurse Manager for Oncology is responsible for the clinical management of assigned PPM Practice(s) servicing patients in and around SLH in St. Lawrence County, New York. This role works collaboratively in a dyad relationship with Practice Manager(s)/Coordinator(s) to supervise and support clinical care coordinators, LPNs, and MAs. The Clinic Nurse Manager will collaborate with key function leaders at SLH, such as the Director of Quality, Director of Patient Safety, and Director of Patient Experience, to ensure the management of quality clinical standards for employed and contracted physicians, mid-level providers, and staff. Canton-Potsdam Hospital is a warm and caring not-for-profit community healthcare facility certified for 94 beds. Our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare services to the community. The position is full-time, with a schedule of 7.5-hour days, and is located at Canton - Potsdam Hospital in the Oncology department.
