Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Wyoming
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and health equity

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience in outpatient, primary care, or rural health (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in collaboration with providers and care teams
• Assist with exams, procedures, immunizations, and chronic disease management
• Administer medications and injections, and perform point-of-care testing
• Triage patients and manage same-day visits as needed
• Support care coordination and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused clinical environment
