Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
- Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.
- BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC.
- Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities
- Perform appropriate nursing assessments and evaluate client health conditions based on service requirements.
- Complete initial medical histories and vital signs, coordinating action plans based on results.
- Monitor health status and coordinate care with treatment teams as per client needs.
- Create action plans addressing both physical and mental health treatment needs.
- Administer and monitor medications according to state and service line standards while educating clients about their benefits.
- Collaborate with physicians and consult with advanced practice providers for comprehensive client management.
- Oversee infectious disease control and ensure client hygiene practices are maintained.
- Arrange medical appointments and handle emergencies, ensuring client safety at all times.
- Provide health education and disease prevention strategies to clients.
- Complete timely documentation as required by company policies and procedures.
