Colon and Rectal Surgery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team. You will be working alongside a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team of Colorectal Surgeons, APPs, and Nurse Case Managers. Our team treats individuals facing challenges such as Colon or rectal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, fistulas, hemorrhoids and more-providing care that's personalized, innovative, and built around collaboration. In this specialized role, you will: Triage patient messages and phone calls Schedule and arrange diagnostic workups Assist with FMLA and disability paperwork Facilitate referrals to appropriate providers Coordinate patient care from pre-authorization and scheduling to post procedure follow-up.
