The Clinic Manager plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one or more ETS clinics, ensuring that services are delivered in alignment with the ETS Philosophy of Care, which emphasizes respect, dignity, cultural humility, and trauma-informed practices. This role is responsible for ensuring that clinics provide an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment for all Participants, families, and staff. This role's responsibilities are providing transformational leadership and strategy for the site, including coordinating cross-departmental communication and collaboration for effective patient care. In addition to clinic operations, the Clinic Manager also provides leadership and oversight to the Treatment in Motion (TIM) program, where applicable, extending mobile treatment services to communities in need, and integrating mobile services with the overall clinic operations. The Clinic Manager fosters collaboration across clinical and administrative teams, ensuring that all operational and clinical practices reflect ETS's commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion.
