About The Position

The Clinic Manager will oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of the outpatient facility at Innovative Renal Care. This role involves hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring superior patient outcomes while monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor degree preferred.
• Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing.
• Six (6) months of experience in nursing care with patients with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process.
• At least three (3) years of experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous supervisory responsibility strongly preferred.
