About The Position

Leadership of clinical staff and operations. Responsible for driving clinic growth, quality care, staff performance, patient satisfaction, compliance, and physician relations.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy
  • Current physical therapy license in Arizona
  • Current CPR certification
  • 3+ years of clinical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care which is age specific/appropriate for patients served
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Appropriate interpersonal skills to enable positive interactions with patients/families, and other health care professionals
  • >1 year of leadership experience in prior organization.

Responsibilities

  • Leads clinic to create excellent patient experience, excellent staff experience, and profitable business.
  • Drives Success Metrics through leadership of clinic and support staff.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of clinic (schedules, PTO mgmt., staff performance, etc.)
  • Ensure staff provides quality care, customer service, and exceed patient expectations.
  • Ensure annual staff goals align with clinic goals.
  • Maintain and expand key physician relations.
  • Provide positive and constructive performance feedback to staff.
  • Complete weekly CD checklist tasks.
  • Performs clinic care and physical therapist duties in accordance with the needs of the clinic and patients.
  • Promotes and has knowledge of and utilizes appropriate patient care protocol relating to the physical, cognitive, neurological, psychosocial, and functional needs of ANR’s patient population.
  • Establishes physical therapy interventions based upon the evaluation and examination, physician orders, and patient’s goals for therapy.
  • Competently performs appropriate physical therapy techniques and procedures.
  • Provides for continuity of patient care through written and verbal communication with other health care professionals. Makes recommendations for needed patient care equipment prior to patient discharge and assists with acquisition of same as appropriate.
  • Documents findings, patient progress, and all procedures performed within established time frames.
  • Submits all patient billing at the end of each day.
  • Instructs patients/family members in home programs.
  • Demonstrates effective time management.
  • Complies with quality improvement standards.
