About The Position

NPOC Wellness & Hydration is a nurse-practitioner-led wellness and aesthetics practice in Baltimore. We provide IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, GLP-1 weight management, and are expanding into Botox, microneedling, and advanced aesthetics in 2026. We also operate a mobile wellness division serving corporate offices and events across the Baltimore-DC corridor. We are looking for a Clinic Manager who will be the face and operational backbone of our clinic. This is NOT a front desk receptionist role. You will own the day-to-day client experience, nurse scheduling, inventory management, vendor ordering, event planning, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a medspa, IV hydration clinic, medical aesthetics, or wellness practice (REQUIRED)
  • You know the difference between a Myers Cocktail and a NAD+ drip without looking it up
  • You can mix an IV bag, prep a treatment room, and check in a client in the same hour
  • You have used or can quickly learn: IntakeQ, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel
  • You are comfortable with upselling and client education — not pushy, but confident
  • You are active on Instagram/TikTok and understand how social media drives medspa business
  • You are based in the Baltimore/Annapolis/Columbia corridor (30-minute commute max)

Nice To Haves

  • Med tech, CMA, or clinical assistant background
  • Experience ordering from compounding pharmacies (Empower, Olympia)
  • Event planning experience
  • Network of medspa nurses in the Baltimore/DC area

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the clinic — first person clients see, talk to, and trust
  • Mix IV bags, prep treatment rooms, manage pharmacy inventory and ordering (Empower, Olympia, Biofusion)
  • Track medication expiration dates and reorder every 2 weeks based on usage
  • Manage nurse scheduling to ensure coverage 6 days/week minimum
  • Upsell clients on boosters, memberships, and add-on services during appointments
  • Plan and execute monthly wellness events (tastings, talks, client appreciation)
  • Coordinate social media content capture — in-clinic photos, TikToks, before/afters
  • Train nurses on new equipment (microneedling pens, high-frequency machines, skin tightening devices)
  • Manage the front desk: phones, booking confirmations, intake forms, payment processing
