Requirements

High School Diploma required
2+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
Outreach, sales, business development, or community engagement experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Build & Grow the Clinic Rapidly ramp client census through community outreach and referral development
Identify and build relationships with: Hospitals and emergency departments Behavioral health providers Harm reduction organizations Probation/parole, shelters, and social service agencies
Represent CMS confidently with system partners and community stakeholders
Lead Like an Owner Operate the clinic with an entrepreneurial mindset — treating growth, access, and experience as top priorities
Partner with the Regional Operations Director to execute growth plans and new initiatives
Track and manage KPIs tied to census growth, access, and service excellence
Manage & Inspire the Team Hire, train, and develop front-line clinic staff
Create a positive, accountable, high-energy clinic culture
Coach staff to deliver exceptional, stigma-free patient experiences
Ensure Strong Operations Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, and coordination of care
Partner with Quality and Compliance to meet all regulatory requirements
Lead the clinic through audits, inspections, and corrective actions when needed
