POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: The Clinic Manager provides leadership, direction, and administration for assigned outpatient clinics, which may include ambulatory surgery center (ASC) services, pain management, aesthetics, or other specialty clinics within the SRHC system. This role is responsible for operational performance, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, staffing, quality improvement, patient experience, and financial stewardship across designated locations. The Clinic Manager ensures that all clinics operate in alignment with SRHC policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The manager fosters a culture of safety, collaboration, and patient centered care while supporting providers and staff in delivering high quality services.
