The Clinic Manager provides operational oversight and staff guidance for Prescott FlexCare Infusion Center Clinic with oversight potential of up to 5 clinics under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. This role supports daily clinic operations in partnership with the Managing Nurse Practitioner. This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs. Requirements

  • Minimum education of High school diploma
  • If RN an additional certification, ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration Certification, is required within 90 days of hire
  • Basic Life Support/ CPR certification or ability to obtain by start date
  • 1+ years of experience within clinical operations setting
  • Experience in infusion setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with budget and staffing forecasts
  • Experience in the management of clinical and/or administrative staff
  • Experience managing clinic financial budgets

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that support clinic staff and patient care
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Ensure operations and workflow efficiency
  • Clinic scheduling across a market, inclusive of clinical and administrative coverage for multiple clinics
  • Proactively identify market staffing needs based on growth trends, individual clinic needs/requirements
  • Managing all administrative and clinical hiring needs in the market
  • Assists in the selection, orientation and ongoing training of clinic staff, inclusive of other Nurse Practitioners, infusion RN’s, LPN’s and medical receptionists with a focus on operational processes
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture
  • Maintain high-quality patient care by addressing concerns, resolving complaints and improving satisfaction
