Requirements
- Leadership or management experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred)
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Results-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations (Buford mall of GA, Dacula, Decatur, Flowery branch, Lawrenceville, Loganville, North Druid Hills, Snellville, Sugar Hill, Tucker) within the Atlanta area.
- Lead, coach, and develop front desk and wellness staff
- Drive sales, memberships, and patient retention
- Monitor performance metrics and achieve business goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
- Maintain operational standards and compliance
- Travel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support
- Clinics are open 7 days a week, and work schedules may vary based on business needs
