We are looking for a Full Time Clinic Manager to oversee our Walnut Creek and Brentwood offices, travel required between locations. Requirements

2 years supervisory experience in a clinical/medical setting
Current CMA (Required)

Nice To Haves

2 years previous experience in medical office (preferred)

Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including patient flow and resource allocation
Providing management oversight and delegating responsibility to appropriate clinic leads and clinic staff
Coordinating development for new hire training with Clinic Quality Specialists
Conducting regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback as needed
Monitoring performance of department staff including evaluation and development of key performance indicators
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of patient care
Collaborating with providers to implement best practices and quality improvement initiatives
Managing clinic supplies and provider prescription pads
Department projects as assigned by clinic leadership
Maintaining detailed knowledge of practice management, EHR and other computer software as it relates to job function
Responsible for staff time and attendance data in practice HRIS system
Filling in for clinic staff and support Physician schedules fulfilling all Medical Assistant/Unit Secretary Duties as needed
Additional duties as assigned
