About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager for our Alamosa Dental Clinic. The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of Valley-Wide Health Systems' dental clinic in Alamosa. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies including HRSA, FTCA, AAAHC, and others. The manager provides direct supervision of front office and dental support staff, oversees the integration of dental residents and externs, and leads the dental assistant competency and development program across all Valley-Wide sites.
