About The Position
The Clinic Manager II at Kadlec Regional Medical Center is responsible for overseeing the performance of the assigned practice under the direction of the Director of Ops/Clinic Director. This role involves managing physician relations, non-provider staff, practice revenue cycle management, and ensuring the implementation of Site-Specific Action Plans (SSAP). The Clinic Manager II plays a crucial role in fostering a patient-focused culture and is accountable to the Practice Operations Council (POC).
