About The Position
The Clinic Manager will work as part of a team to support all the Clinic providers and to work closely with the front office staff to ensure the best possible service is delivered to the Clinic's patients. The Clinic Manager will assist in the hiring of new employees, overseeing the training of new and existing employees, addressing employee and customer complaints, completing clinic staff evaluations, excluding providers. Responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. This role also supports the work of the clinic with Patient Centered Medical Home and maintaining Rural Health Clinic status.
