About The Position

Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Clinic Manager/RN Clinic Manager to: Provide direction, mentorship, and leadership of clinical operations for our Union Corners General Internal Medicine (GIM) clinic to coordinate the delivery of remarkable care. Bring a high degree of excellence in organizational, communication, collaboration, continuous improvement, and change management skillsets. Collaborate closely with peers and supervisors to ensure achievement of patient safety, patient experience, and administrative performance measures. Lead daily and administrative functions in an Ambulatory setting and ensure UW Health meets the ‘Quintuple AIM’ of great patient care, improved population, health, reduction of cost, better care team wellbeing, and advanced health equity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Two (2) years of healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience.
  • An equivalent and relevant combination of Master’s level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years progressive relevant supervisory/management experience
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience
