Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current state licensure (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a multi-provider outpatient clinic
- Mentor and develop staff clinicians, new graduates, and support staff
- Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies to improve patient access, clinical outcomes, and financial success
- Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion efforts
- Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical quality standards, and company policies are met
- Participate in community outreach and referral development
- Maintain a partial clinical caseload (approximately 60–70%) while managing administrative duties
