Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
- Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board
- To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
- Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
- Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
- Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
