About The Position
The Clinic Manager for Occupational Medicine at MultiCare Health System is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring excellent customer service and employee engagement. This role involves managing both front and back office staff, maintaining supply inventory, and leading projects that align with the clinic's goals. The Clinic Manager will work closely with the Area/Regional Manager and Clinical Care Director to promote a collaborative team environment and uphold high clinical standards.
