The role is responsible/accountable for leading and managing a clinic that rates from >12 points on the Clinic Management Criteria form. This includes being instrumental in implementing the mission, goals, budget, and performance standards for the clinic and effectively communicating these to staff. The position requires knowledge of organizing, delegating, and supervising, and the ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, the public, and external agencies. Skills in gathering and interpreting data are essential, along with the ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.
