The Clinic Manager II drives excellence in patient experience, employee and provider engagement, fiscal responsibility, consistent with MultiCare’s core values. The role may oversee other leaders in addition to staff. This role often involves regular travel to and rounding in assigned clinics. This individual is responsible for all administrative functions of the practice location(s) including operations, marketing, and finance. The Clinic Manager II partners with senior leaders on key areas such as physician production, compensation, scheduling, charge capture/ reimbursement inquiries, referral processing, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary services, general operations and strategic planning and development. The distinction between Clinic Manager I and II is based on the scope and span of control, with the Clinic Manager II overseeing broader or more complex operations.
