About The Position
The Clinic Manager I oversees one (1) clinic location with one (1) to four (4) providers. The Clinic Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operations and leadership of their assigned clinic site(s) in support of achieving the mission and values of Tift Regional Health System, Inc. dba Southwell. Assists the Director or VP with site specific revenue, expense, and business development goals and objectives. The Clinic Manager is a leader, a planner, a source of technical expertise, and a liaison between the Director or VP and the clinic staff. The Clinic Manager works with and helps the Director or VP oversee matters regarding financial management, personnel administration, facility maintenance, patient care, and anything else deemed necessary.
