About The Position

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • BLS certification
  • Management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
  • Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
